Caillou - The Wolf

Caillou goes into the attic by himself. In the dim light, he thinks he sees a wolf and runs back down, frightened. Caillou tells his father what he saw and Daddy encourages him to talk about it and so overcome his fear.

A child’s vivid imagination coupled with his lack of experience often causes him to exaggerate what he sees or hears. Children might imagine scary stories. It is important to listen to what they tell us so we can help them overcome their fears.

The Big Dipper series is designed to help children choose the best path to follow to enrich their lives and to help them navigate through the ups and downs of their emotional development. Each book uses the adventures of Caillou to help children gain confidence in who they are and in their abilities to handle the challenges of life.
